Jesus Name Has Power

Last night, I had a dream or an experience. The spirit of fear was trying to come into my spirit. As this entity got closer to me, I felt fear. But then I realized something. I spoke the word Jesus. Each time that I did, the spirit of fear  would get frightened and the spirit of fear moved away from me.  The power of Jesus’ name is powerful. And his name means “God Saves.” Even the word of God says in, James 2:19, “We must speak the name of Jesus, for demons tremble at the mere mention of it.” This is what happened.

But a couple of nights before that night happened, I broke through fear. At one point.I was afraid of the dark to go to sleep so I would get used to leaving my bedroom  light on. But after I prayed and asked God to remove that fear from me, I turned my lights off and God said,  “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

Therefore, last night, God is reminding me to keep speaking Jesus’ name.  Even though  I broke through fear, I must continue to speak Jesus' name because fear can easily be crept back in one's life.
